Niamh Walsh joined Martin A Harvey Solicitors in April 2019. She was admitted to the roll of solicitors in December 2016 and is a graduate of University College Cork, having completed a BCL and LLM in 2009 and 2010 respectively. Niamh also holds a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society in Ireland.

Niamh practices in the area of road traffic material damage claims and accident management and personal injuries litigation. She also advises and assists in debt recovery matters and applications to extend time to file annual returns on behalf of Limited Companies, an innovative application under the Companies Act 2014.
