William Harvey joined Martin A Harvey Solicitors in 2012. He is a partner in the firm and specialises in all areas of litigation at District, Circuit & High Court. He has represented clients in various areas of litigation to include Personal Injuries, Injuries suffered in Road Traffic Accidents, Workplace Accidents, Fatal Accidents and Trip and Fall cases amongst others. William is also highly knowledgeable in the law of defamation.

William is a Council member of the Southern Law Association and presently sits on the Litigation Committee and attends all Courts on behalf of the Office. He has extensive experience in Road Traffic Material damage (Vehicle Damage) claims, Debt recovery and applications to extend time to file annual returns on behalf of Limited Companies, an innovative application under the Companies Act 2014.
