Amiée joined Martin A. Harvey Solicitors in 2022. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in December 2022 having completed her traineeship with the firm. Amiée is a graduate of University
College Cork, having completed a BA, MA and BCL in 2009, 2013 and 2017 respectively. Amiée holds a Diploma in Intellectual Property from the Law Society of Ireland.

Amiée specialises in all areas of litigation in the District, Circuit & High Court.

Amiée places particular importance on client care and has extensive experience in all areas of litigation specifically personal injury litigation to include road traffic material damage and road traffic
accident claims, personal injury claims, accidents at work, public liability claims and defamation claims.

Amiée has previous experience in High Court medical negligence actions as well as representing clients in employment and WRC matters.

Amiée also advises and assists in applications to extend the time to file annual returns on behalf of Limited Companies under the Companies Act 2014.
